本隐私政策适用于由 AIRGO LIMITED 开发并发布的所有 App(统称“本 App”)。不同 App 所用到的功能与权限不同——本政策以“在你授权的前提下、依具体 App 实际使用”的方式说明我们如何处理数据;某个 App 未使用的数据类型,相应条款对该 App 不适用。
若某 App 提供健康相关功能并经你授权,我们仅读取实现该功能所必需的健康数据,可能包括:步数、体能训练、睡眠、正念时长、心率及心率变异(HRV)等。这些数据仅在你的设备上处理与展示,用于向你提供 App 内功能(例如计算指标、生成今日分析)。我们绝不将健康数据上传到我们的服务器、绝不共享或出售给第三方、绝不用于广告或营销、绝不用于与向你提供该功能无关的目的。除非该 App 功能明确需要(如写入“正念会话”),我们不向 HealthKit 写入数据。你可随时在「系统设置 → 隐私与安全 → 健康」中查看或撤销授权。
若某 App 提供屏幕时间相关功能并经你授权,我们通过 Apple 的屏幕时间 / Family Controls 框架,统计你自行选定监控的 App 或网站的使用时长。该统计仅保留在你的设备本地,不会上传。对于浏览器,仅读取“域名”维度用于分类,不读取完整网址内容、不上传。
若你允许通知,App 会发送本地通知(如提醒),该过程不经过任何服务器。
部分 App 可能收集匿名、聚合的崩溃日志或功能使用统计,用于改进产品稳定性与体验。此类信息不与你的身份关联,不包含可识别你个人身份的信息。若某 App 未使用此类服务,则不收集。
除非某 App 的特定功能明确说明并经你授权,我们不收集你的姓名、通讯录、精确位置、相册照片、麦克风内容等个人信息。
如某 App 提供订阅或内购,相关交易由 Apple App Store 处理。我们不接触、不存储你的支付方式或账单信息。订阅条款见各 App 的购买页面与《服务条款》。
我们不出售你的个人数据。仅在以下情形可能涉及数据处理:(a) 为提供服务所必需、且受保密义务约束的服务商(如 Apple 提供的系统服务);(b) 法律法规要求或为保护合法权益所必需。任何情况下,健康数据均不在共享范围内。
上述数据默认存储在你的设备本地。仅当某 App 明确提供“云同步/备份”功能且经你主动开启时,相关数据才会同步到你自己的 iCloud 账户(由 Apple 加密管理,我们无法访问)。卸载本 App 即删除其在你设备上保存的相关数据。
本 App 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童,我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
你可随时在「系统设置」中撤销任一权限(健康 / 屏幕时间 / 通知等),或通过卸载 App 删除本地数据。如对你的数据有任何疑问或请求,请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps developed and published by AIRGO LIMITED (collectively, the “App”). Different apps use different features and permissions. This policy describes how we handle data only as actually used by a given app, and only with your permission. Where an app does not use a given data type, the corresponding section does not apply to that app.
If an app provides health-related features and you grant access, we read only the health data necessary for that feature, which may include steps, workouts, sleep, mindful minutes, heart rate and heart-rate variability (HRV). This data is processed and displayed only on your device to provide in-app features (e.g., computing metrics and daily analysis). We never upload health data to our servers, never share or sell it to third parties, never use it for advertising or marketing, and never use it for any purpose unrelated to providing that feature to you. We do not write data to HealthKit except where a feature explicitly requires it (e.g., logging a “mindful session”). You can review or revoke access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
If an app provides screen-time features and you grant access, we use Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls framework to measure usage of the apps or websites you choose to monitor. This stays on your device and is not uploaded. For browsers, only the domain is read for categorization; full URLs are not read or uploaded.
If you allow notifications, the app sends local notifications (e.g., reminders). No server is involved.
Some apps may collect anonymous, aggregated crash logs or feature-usage statistics to improve stability and experience. Such information is not linked to your identity and contains no personally identifiable information. Apps that do not use such services collect none.
Unless a specific app feature explicitly states so and you grant permission, we do not collect your name, contacts, precise location, photos, or microphone content.
Where an app offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, transactions are handled by the Apple App Store. We do not access or store your payment or billing information. Subscription terms appear on each app’s purchase screen and in our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed only: (a) by service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service and bound by confidentiality (e.g., Apple system services); or (b) where required by law or to protect legitimate rights. In all cases, health data is never shared.
The above data is stored on your device by default. Only where an app explicitly offers “cloud sync/backup” and you opt in does data sync to your own iCloud account (encrypted and managed by Apple; we cannot access it). Uninstalling the app deletes its locally stored data on your device.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
You may revoke any permission (Health / Screen Time / Notifications, etc.) anytime in Settings, or delete local data by uninstalling the app. For any questions or requests regarding your data, contact us below.
We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes here with an updated “Last updated” date. We will prominently notify you of material changes in-app or on this page.
